Conducting Training Needs Analysis.

  1. Training projects, whatever the size, need direction, management and administration. We provide a comprehensive range of services from the initial Training Audit to Project Management of the entire program.

When groups of staff require training, the individual needs can often be so diverse, that organizing a program to suit all needs can seem daunting. This is when Training Network International’s Project Management Team takes potentially uncontrollable levels of competency, criteria and time scales and moulds them into a smooth, clearly defined training project.

In short, training needs analysis is necessary to ensure that the training program is developed to accurately assess the various levels of skills within a group.
