Customer fill up the Customer Request Form (CRF) and submit to TNI through fax, email or by hand |

On receipt, TNI will review the CRF and contact customer to clarify the needs and discuss options of trainers and project how we can help |

If further customization required, TNI will issue an improvised Specific Request Form (SRF) either by fax or through an on-site discussion with customer |

Once request clarified and confirmed, TNI will issue the Information Request Form (IRF) to matching associate training providers. |

On receipt of IRF, associate trainers shall immediately fill up the form and return it to TNI |

Once IRF from various associate trainers compiled, TNI will prepare a formal training proposal and submit to customer for decision |
Within 48 hours of step 5 |
7 |
TNI will follow up with customer on decision and may assist them in the selection process by scheduling selected trainers for presentation |
Within 3 days of step 6 |
8 |
Once a decision has been made, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) will be signed by both customer and TNI and the latter shall immediately issue an invoice |
