Major (Rtd) Jimmy Ng Goot Seong AMN, PJK, is a registered competent Safety & Health officer (SHO) with the Dept. of Occupational Safety an Health (DOSH).  He is also a member of the Institute of Master  in Disaster & Emergency Mgt. Malaysia (IMDEMM) .

Member of the Malaysia Institute of Mgt. (AMIM) and a host of certifications which can be produced on request.  He holds a Master of  Science Degree in Emergency Response Planning (MSC. ERP) from UPM, Bachelor of Science in Business Admin (BSC. BA) and Dip. In Mgt. Programme (DMP).  He is a very experienced trainer in Fire & Work Place Safety and Security and has conducted Safety audits on high rise buildings, co-ordinated fire drills etc.  Guest  speaker in crisis Mgt.  He has performed numerous  in-house training for Digi Telecommunication and now with Time.Dot.Com.
