Design
HSTS can be split to three main aspects :
a) Individual Training Plan
÷ list of all programs required by each level.
÷ advance schedule training.
b) Training Kits
÷ list of all task and methods for all levels
÷ guides to perform the jobs.
c) Train-The-Trainer Kits
÷ guides to train the trainer program
Modules
There are 5 training kits in HSTS. These are the guides Head of Departments will use in training their employee.
1. Kitchen Modules
2. Room Attendant Module
3. Public Area Attendant Module
4. Food and Beverage Module
5. Front Office Module
Evaluation
Involve competency standards like skills, knowledge and attitude. It follows the NOSS standards of evaluation and involves the trainee, trainer, the training program and administration of the program.
