PROGRAM RATIONALE
By flying in a "V" formation, the geese have 71% greater flying range than if each bird flew alone. What it takes is for one goose to lead.
This training is to help leaders get ready for breakthrough so as to embrace new challenges and responsibilities.
Through role-playing, selfassessment tests and other leadership training scenarios, the participants will discover the heart, soul and mind of true leadership.
They will also explore leadership roles as strategist, change agent, coach and communicator. And they will learn how to develop their unique leadership style for maximum impact.

MR. JOSEPH CHU
Joseph Chu has more than 18 years of working experience in training and business development.
He holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Development from UPM and a Bachelors degree in Education from UKM. He is also a certified trainer in Interaction Management and Customer Service Modules by Development Dimensions International. In addition to that, he is a Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner, Fellow in Life Underwriter Training Council by Malaysian Insurance Institute, Fellow in Life Office Management Association, Associate in Customer Service and ISO Auditor.
Backed with his professional qualifications, he has designed and delivered courses in sales development people development courses for insurance, unit trust, direct sales, manufacturing, banking, leasing, automobile, printing, education and service industries.
