Measurement System Analysis (MSA) are tools which are used by the Automotive industry and also being practice in all manufacturing industries. It a set of tools which is used as conformance on measurement taken during inspections

INTRODUCTION

  1. This course emphasises in the correct methodologies of performing measurement system studies in the manufacturing industry.
  2. Any error of measurement factor shall be validated accordingly with studies such as GR&R .
  3. Implementation of MSA with the correct methodology, controls & tools    will certainly enhance quality improvement and skills
