TRAINING EXPERIENCE
“Kay” as she is commonly known, has more than 10 years of experience in teaching and training. She has taught in both the public and private sectors, and these exposures have given her an insight to the problems and issues of English learning and usage in this country. In the past 7 years she has been actively involved in the training arena, servicing clients like the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Higher Learning, DBKL, RMAF, TH Properties, Felda Engineering, Statistics dept.,HICOM and various private limited companies. The training conducted covers many areas of the English Language eg. Speech and Communication, Business English, and English for Specific Purposes.
She also had the opportunity to conduct workshops and has given talks to various organizations, schools and universities, both locally and internationally. Examples are:

- Teaching English Through Sci-Fi Movies – English Conference
- Mastering English for Science and Technology
- Academic Pathways – IELTS and TOEFL to students of University Global Academy of Technology, Bangalore, India.
- Minimising the influence of L! in English Classroom – Secondary school teachers from all over Selangor
- Bilingual Communication Towards Global Marketing – Head of Depts., INPENS College
In 2007 she was engaged for one month as a contract lecturer for UNISEL to teach the Psycholinguistic subject for their B.Ed. TESL programme. She was also the language editor for additional science, a text book for the Ministry of Education.
