Project Management is relevant to all business sectors, from Engineering and Construction to IT, and Finance, to name but a few.  This course introduces the basics necessities of project management and is relevant to all business sectors.

The disciplines taught are relevant to the  very smallest or largest of projects.

Completion of the course  will enable candidates to manage successfully mange small projects,  and participate fully in very largest of  projects.

Multiple Choice Test. Test Score will be annotated on the above Certificate.

John’s expertise and experience are straddled in the boundary of design, development and manufacturing where product is designed and developed simultaneously with development of the manufacturing process. His skills and expertise has been used to bring about highly

significant improvements to the Profit / Loss statements of both large and small organisations, helping them develop to world class performance standards.

His detailed Experiences and Knowledge of key Methodologies are as follows:

SPC, Six Sigma, Advanced Product Quality Planning and all supporting disciplines. Design of experiments/Taguchi studies, Lean disciplines, Quality problem solving disciplines 8-D, 5 whys, root cause analysis, value stream mapping, Quality function deployment, error proofing, Process Flow and DFMEA and PFMEA, etc.
