COURSE CONTENT

1st. Day
“Together” (Parts 1 and 2)
These sessions before lunch will have ‘cooperation’ as their theme. Participants will be undergoing many activities that will help them stay more united and coordinated as a team.

  1. How to seek a common ground among team-members of various backgrounds.
  2. How to build a common culture within the team to help it stick together in tough times.
  3. How to optimize the diversity of strengths an weaknesses within a team to benefit the company.
  4. How to identify the different thinking patterns inside a team.
  5. How to improve the level of cooperation by matching personal and corporate
  6. How to instill and improve a sense of trust among team-members when making requests

“Everyone” (Parts 1 and 2)
These sessions after lunch will have ‘participation’ as their theme. Participants will be undergoing many activities that will help them be more participative and interactive as  team-members.

  1. How to recognize and foster trust among team members when facing uncertainties.
  2. How to build leaders among team-members during emergency situations.
  3. How to be more persuasive when having heated discussions within a team.
  4. How to communicate and be understood when solving entangled situations as a team.
  5. How to contribute your ’50 cent’ share of effectiveness to the team.
  6. How to optimize the inter-connectedness among each team-member.

2nd Day
“Achieves” (Part 1 and 2)
These sessions before lunch will have ‘result-oriented’ as their theme. Participants will be undergoing many activities that will help them stay focused and objective-inclined as a team.

  1. How to empower each other with mutual and communal courage as a team when facing external threats.
  2. How to harness team creativity in achieving useful results from limited resources.
  3. How to reach for an objective with the help of other teams.
  4. How to creatively upgrade your workplace and environment to run more efficiently.
  5. How to create a vision and mission for team consistency
  6. How to delegate and empower others to achieve the team objectives

“More” (Part 1 and 2)
These sessions after lunch will have ‘improvement’ as their theme. Participants will be undergoing many activities that will help them raise their level of creativity and competitiveness as a team.

  • How to move from being a comfortable team to a competitive team to increase your company’s profits.
  • How to increase the limits of what you can and are willing to do as a team-member.
  • How to give sincere praise for even minor improvements to encourage further performance.
  • How to identify, break and re-create the rules of engagement to achieve more as a team.
  • How to set in place a system of rewards for improved individual and team performance.
  • How to learn from your competitors and out-perform them as a team.
