Psychological & Physical Self-Defense

INTRODUCTION

In this economic situation, your employees are under constant threats, both psychological & physical. Why psychological self-defense? Customers are becoming more demanding and more impatient (themselves being stressed by their own financial situation). Thus, your employees need to be trained in the art of handling difficult people at work. This will help your profit margin as your staff knows how to manage difficult customers & their often unreasonable demands. Why physical self-defense? Your employees are expected to put in more hours for you in these economic times. This means that they are clocking off later & later into the night. Thus, as a conscientious employer, you can protect their safety to ensure they come to work the next day.
